Work Description :	THE SUPPLY, OF ADMIRALITY BRASS TUBES FOR CONDENSER AT THIRUMAKOTTAI KOVILKALAPPAL GTPS MANNARGUDI
Pre-Qualification :	The BIDDER shall become eligible to bid on satisfying the following BID QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENT a The Bidder should be a manufacturer of Admirality Brass Tubes for condenser and necessary documentary evidence or being a manufacturer shall be enclosed. They should have supplied such Admirality Brass Tubes Minimum of 10000 Nos. of tubes in a single order to any one the Gas Turbine Power Stations/ Thermal Power Stations or any other power generating utility owned by State/Central Government undertaking Public Sector undertaking within the last 5 years period ( as on the date of bid submission) and it should have been in service for a period of one year as on the date of Bid Submission. The bidder should furnish along with their bid an end user certificate and copy of P.O.s placed on them by SEBs/PSUs in this regard. b) In case if the bidder is not a manufacturer but an authorised selling agent of a manufacturer the bidder should furnish a Selling Agent Agreement from the original manufacturer to the effect that the bidder is their selling agent. The bidder or the manufacturer should have supplied such Admirality Brass Tubes minimum of 10000 Nos. of Tubes in a single order to any one of the Gas Turbine Power stations/ Thermal Power Stations or any other Power Generating Utility, owned by State/Central Government undertaking/ Public Sector undertaking within the last 5 years period ( As on the date of bid submission) and it should have been in service for a period of one year on the date of bid submission. The bidder should furnish along with their bid an end user certificate and copy of P.Os placed on them by SEBs/PSUs in this regard. c) The average annual turn over during any one of the last three years ie.2005-06, 2006-07 and 2007-08 shall not be less than Rs. 2 Crores and necessary annual audit reports for the above three financial years or the audited certificate issued by the Auditor should be enclosed with the bid. THE OFFERS OF BIDDERS NOT SATISFYING THE ABOVE BID QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS WILL BE SUMMARILY REJECTED
